MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design Enterprise ICT Solutions
- Design and sell Enterprise ICT solutions including infrastructure, cloud solutions, and platforms etc to Multinationals, Financial Institutions, Banks, Government, Local companies and Telecom sector as ICT Services provider.
Design Sales & Marketing Strategy
- Design Sales & Marketing Strategy that can complement enterprise and digital services with guidelines from HQs.
- Carry-out Enterprise Marketing and Promotions with respect to Market point of View.
Hunt Growth Avenues
- Hack growth in existing accounts by gathering customer feedback for proper positioning of PTCL’s products with maximum benefit to enterprise customers and leveraging OEM partnerships.
- Build strong relationship with enterprise clients to ensure they continue to avail PTCL’s services.
Assess Corporate Needs
- Assess Enterprise needs of services, and expectation from PTCL.
- Identify new business opportunity along with solving current pending support problems.
Control Activities
- Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through the implementation of cost-efficient controls.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Undertake Performance Management
- Monitor and evaluate reporting employees.
- To develop motivated sales team within given organogram.
